Wyo women celebrate ag
Casper – On Nov. 21-22, the Wyoming Women in Ag will be gathering for their annual symposium.
The event begins on Nov. 21 with appetizers at 5:30. At 6:30, speaker Ron Hanson will present “I Only Need A Minute of Your Time,” followed by entertainment by Mary Kaye Knaphus.
The symposium reconvenes on the morning of Nov. 22, where Hanson will return to discuss generational transfer of the family farm. The late morning is set to include a panel discussion featuring four succession planning experts.
Following lunch, attendees will hear from Knaphus.
The opportunity to attend two breakout sessions. The first breakout offers the choice to hear from Wyoming State Representative Sue Wallis or Miss America Third Runner-up Lexie Madden.
A second breakout session offers the choice of visiting with Wyoming Department of Insurance Director Tom Hirsig or National Weather Service Meteorologist Chris Jones.
