NWSS celebrates Wyoming

Denver – Each year, The National Western Stock Show (NWSS) invites leaders from Wyoming’s agriculture industry to participate in Wyoming Day at NWSS. Wyoming Day celebrates the rich agriculture heritage of the state and the contributions leaders have made to agriculture. On Jan. 25, Wyomingites flooded the stock show and some were even a part of the rodeo festivities.
Wyoming Stock Growers Association (WSGA) hosted a bus to the event. Agriculture leaders at the event included University of Wyoming College of Agriculture Dean Barbara Rasco, State Treasurer Curt Meier, WSGA Executive Vice President Jim Magagna, First Lady Jennie Gordon, Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon, Miss Rodeo Wyoming Rachel DernerWyoming Business Alliance President Cindy DeLancey and WSGA President Scott Sims.
