TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS: You are hereby notified that on Feb. 13, 2025, at 2 p.m. the Commissioners for the Casper-Alcova Irrigation District will hold a public hearing to consider the Third Amended Bylaws of Casper-Alcova Irrigation District.  A copy of the proposed Third Amended Bylaws of Casper-Alcova Irrigation District are available on the Casper-Alcova Irrigation District website (www.caidwyoming.com) and in the Casper-Alcova Irrigation District office located at 755 Connie St., Mills, WY, 82644. The Third Amended Bylaws of Casper-Alcova Irrigation District will update the current bylaws and are proposed pursuant to Casper-Alcova Irrigation District’s duties under W.S. § 417-303. On Feb. 13, 2025, at 2 p.m., the Commissioners for the Casper-Alcova Irrigation District will hold a public hearing to hear public comment and consider the Third Amended Bylaws of Casper-Alcova Irrigation District. Additionally, prior to the public hearing, any interested person may submit his/her written views on the proposed Third Amended Bylaws of Casper-Alcova Irrigation District to the office of the Casper-Alcova Irrigation District, PO Box 849, Mills, WY 82644
